These earlier-production examples of Harry Ostergaard's cross-brace, solid teak+rosewood, stacking chairs were produced by Moreddi in Randers, Danmark. All 3 are in gorgeous, sound, excellent, original condition-each stamped w/the Moreddi brand beneath. Absolutely beautiful of form & construction, the sculptural quality of these iconic, mid-50s seating pieces is superb. Ideal as dining, side, desk, accent/extra seating, the stacking design of these Modernist forms adds artful versatility. There are zero flaws, repairs or condition issues to note. These were reupholstered post-1970s, w/ supple, black marine vinyl- which is intact but shows some scratch marks. Beautiful as they are, but truly easily reupholstered. We can offer reupholstery & a limited selection of vintage fabric upon inquiry at reasonable additional cost-if desired. Please view the photos well & message any questions. Price is for the 3 chairs, together. H-overall 31.5" X W 19.5" X D 19" H- floor to seat 17.75" Local NY Pickup Local Delivery May be offered at reasonable added cost.
