Over the years, the saw mill expanded into the production of furniture with production of furniture hitting significant volume in the 1960´s. Farstrup Furniture still exists today and produces 100% made in Denmark furniture from scratch. Relying on their roots as a saw mill, they cut the wood, process the wood, apply the finishing and assemble it. Even the upholstery is done in house. Quality never goes out of style. The sleek, ladder-back design creates a dramatic effect. Streamlined yet detailed, this classic style is just starting to arrive in the US. We have upgraded the vinyl seat to high quality faux leather for as softer and more elegant feel.
