Entertain in Mid Century Style and Panache! Mid Century Modern meets country. Metlox (Poppytrail) was a fine California pottery that operated in Manhattan Beach, California from 1927 to 1988. It had two major dinnerware lines: Vernonware and Poppytrail. The Homestead Provincial pattern was first introduced in 1950. Each level of this three tier tray can be rotated, like a Lazy Susan. It stands on a wooden base and is 15" tall from bottom to top. The bottom plate is 12" in diameter. The middle plate is 10" in diameter. The top is 7 1/2" in diameter. It is in very fine condition. The ceramic plates have no chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs. Although a small piece of wood at the base of the wooden column holding the plates together is missing. A truly exceptional piece from the age of Draper.
