Universal Electric Log Co. Chicago. Clearly marked with a metal tag that says "patented Oct, 24 1922". These are stone (cement) logs that have an electric bulb with a metal pull (!?) to turn off and on. Despite the fact that the tag also claims "no special wiring required" I strongly recommend a rewire on this to be safe. This is fairly heavy and measures about 21" across about a foot high and you'll need at least 10" of floor (or fireplace) space for it. It's really a great piece. Hoping to find a good home for it!
