POUL HUNDEVAD ROSEWOOD MID CENTURY CREDENZA Denmark, circa mid 20th century Item # 708EWV14 A very nice credenza cabinet by Hundevad & Co. executed in rosewood veneers, this practical piece is intended as part of an office suite, though it functions just as beautifully in the living room. When facing the cabinet, the left side is a single door with a seam down the middle, folding in half when opened to reveal a spacious shelved interior. The right side is lined with four drawers, each with sculpted solid rosewood recessed handles that allow for easy access to the smoothly operating drawers. It is part of a larger suite we acquired locally composed of two bookcases over cabinets and a secretary desk over a lower cabinet; these may still be available in our shop inventory. Measurements: 54 1/2” W x 16 7/8” D x 26 1/4” H Condition Report: Some sunfading and color variation; minor wear, including some light losses at the bottom corners and other very minor veneer chips.
