When Ludwig Mies van der Rohe designed the renowned Villa Tugendhat in Brno, Czech Republic, he saw his special house needed special furnishings. This led him to create the Brno chair, whose groundbreaking shape and construction has since become a treasure of modern architecture and design. This pair of refurbished Knoll Brno tubular side chairs are each reupholstered in Burch Profile Sprout fabric and have a chrome cantilever base.
