Vintage Framed Print Lithograph, Rose Zinna Spring

Large antique print under glass in a cottage-style painted wooden frame The print is named "Rose Zinna Spring" and it appears to me to be a very nice old lithograph. The frame has been painted to cover some damage, scratching in a few places, but the print seems to be in very good condition, except for some spots around the edges: I can't tell if they are part of the composition or not; take a look at photos and decide for yourself. The artist is Gustave Wiegand.
