Midcentury Johnson Carper Desk or Vanity

A very lovely, seven drawer pedestal desk/vanity from Johnson Carper. This 1960s desks came from a one owner home, where it was well maintained for several decades. The desk/vanity has solid wood construction, pretty walnut grain, tapered legs, a wood formica top and 7 signature Johnson Carper drawers with a concave block carving and etched details. The middle drawer has bakelite knobs. Desk in very good vintage condition with minor cosmetic wear (a few small chips and a few marker marks, and some wear on the knobs), but overall, shows really well for its age.
