Framed by Robert Grace of Hollister, CA this is a print of "A Vicarage House" a plate from J. B. Papworth's "Designs for Rural Residences" published in 1818. If you are needing a Bridgerton vibe in your home, look no further! I'm not sure how old the framing and printing was done of this piece (and it's sister print, Four Cottages) but I would guess the early 1990s perhaps, based on history of the framing shop. I did not dismantle the print to see how old the prints might be. I think this may be a bit faded, but it's hard to say. Curiously, I've had a matching framed picture, framed exactly the same way hanging in my home for years now, and just recently came upon this one and it's sibling. Delightful. The image is 15 x 9 inches inside the matte which is a mocha and mushroom layering with a faux distressed brown and black wooden frame which has some scratching and wear and tear. It has a wire for hanging and the back paper is mostly intact. Under glass.
