Set of SIX chairs (only 4 shown) The J77 Chair was designed by Folke Pålsson for the Danish label HAY and is the re-edition of the original model by the Danish architect and designer Poul M. Volther from the 1960s. Stable, yet not too massive - the J77 Chair combines functionality with typical Scandinavian design, known to be very linear, which is why it perfectly harmonises with all furnishing styles. J77 is reminiscent of the designs of the 1950s and 60s and is very appealing with its retro charm. The J77 Chair is wonderfully suited for use in the dining room, but also works well as office chair. The curved backrest of the J77 as well as the wide seat offer highest comfort for any occasion. The material used for the J77 Chair is beech wood. With the characteristic backrest manufactured of thin rods Poul M. Volther's design also reminds us of the traditional look of the Windsor chair. Chairs are in good condition with plenty of life left but a few cosmetic scratches etc.
