Description

Vintage 1970’s mid-century modern four-door blue lacquered linen storage cabinet / server / credenza. Attributed to Karl Springer, although the piece is unmarked. The finish is solidly ok. Not perfect, not wrecked. There are a few dark spots of discoloration on the front and top and some white scuffs on the back, but there's no deep damage. The base banding has been painted black, but it's brass underneath, like the brass banding at the top. (Be still my heart.) The cabinet doors are spring-loaded. There are two adjustable shelves and one drawer on the left, and four drawers on the right. I believe the interior is elm. The back is finished. Structurally solid, obviously, and a solid four-person job to move. It's as heavy as it is glamorous. It is very on both counts. Banana for scale. 73 W x 20 D x 30 H
