Tiggy & Pip is a vintage home décor shop by mother and son décor and interior design loving duo, Tiggy and Pip Coudray.
With a shared love of all things French and vintage we opened our shop in 2011.
Based in France, between Cognac and La Rochelle, we source unusual items from recent French and European history. Everyday French household items from the 1880's to 1980's which, although at one time were plentiful, are now increasingly rare and collectible. We source specialist props for films/photo shoots and interior designers. Many of our 'finds' are currently on display in a number of top New York restaurants and Hollywood apartments.

This Fabulous Vintage French 'Pineau des Charentes' Bottle is rare and very collectable.
Pineau des Charentes, (Pineau Charentais, or simply ''Pineau") is a regional French Aperitif. It is a fortified wine (mistelle or vin de liqueur), made from either fresh, unfermented grape juice or a blend of lightly fermented grape must, to which a Cognac eau-de-vie is added and then matured.
Made only in the Charente, Charente-Maritime and Dordogne Regions of France it is a very popular Aperitif.
It was made for the 'Reynac' Pineau Distillery and carries the mark of the 'Chauvigny' Porcelain manufacturer.
It stands 25cms/ 9¾" tall and is 13cms/5" at it's widest including the handle.
It is in perfect condition and comes complete with the ceramic stopper over the cork. It has no visible chips or cracks.
Makes a great 'talking point' at dinner parties - serve your dinner guests a 'Stylish Aperitif'!
