While I can’t take complete credit for the design, I created this chair using an authentic Eames DCM base and a vintage office chair from the 1950's. Together they create a fun unique statement for any space. Rubber pads have been added to the underside of the seat to act as shock absorbers. Two Herman Miller shock mounts have been used to secure the backrest. Your guests will ask, "is it a chair or art?" It screams steampunk, but is functional as well. The hints of rust and metal make it a signature piece. Goes great with mid century and vintage design that pays homage to Eames, Herman Miller, Saarinen, Knoll and George Nelson.
