Vintage Depositata Siltal Enameled Steel Pots+Lids

Posted on Fri Aug 03 2018

A set of 3, mid century, porcelain enameled-steel soup/sauce/bean/stock pots, made by Depositata Siltal Italy-in original, as new/unused condition-each w/its own lid. This rarely seen pattern can almost certainly be attributed to Carla Agnelli-circa '60s, though I have seen no other examples of this fractal floral motif. Bold patterning over clean, white porcelain enamel interior/exterior+contrasting, bright orange, vented lids + removable, polished steel handles make these as ideal for display as they are functional. The weight & quality are in line w/CathrineHolm & similar, high quality enamel cookware of the period. These are a perfect trio of only slightly varying capacity kitchen tools; perfect for preparing sauces, beans, sides, stocks, etc at the same time. The hallmarks of SILTAL-high-quality/high performance/decor designed cookware combine to perfection in this set; hefty & beautiful, a collector/cook's dream team. Dimensions: Diam 6.5" (x3) Sm 3.25"H Med 4.25" Tall 5.25" priced individually- $65. each-for the shorter 2 $75. for the tallest 1
