Antique library ladder with wheels

Description
Ladder is about 8ft tall. The wheels were rusted up whsn i got it but I took it apart and removed the rust now it glides with ease. The part that holds the bar at the top may need to be cleaned up a bit but nothing on it is broken or missing. Fyi This ladder has no branding but I had to select something to post this item
