Mocha sofa and matching "chair and a half"

Cozy & deep living room set in like-new condition. It is upholstered in a soft velvet fabric in mocha brown with espresso legs. Both pieces were purchased from Jordan's furniture a few months ago for $1100. However, as you can see from the photos, they were too large-scale for our tiny living room and have barely been used. They have been kept in a smoke- and pet-free home. Dimensions: Couch = 91" W x 41" D x 38" H Chair = 50" W x 41" D x 38" H Please note that you will need a minimum 32.5" doorway opening for it to fit through (with the legs removed).
