Tiggy & Pip is a vintage home décor shop by mother and son décor and interior design loving duo, Tiggy and Pip Coudray.
With a shared love of all things French and vintage we opened our shop in 2011.
Based in France, between Cognac and La Rochelle, we source unusual items from recent French and European history. Everyday French household items from the 1880's to 1980's which, although at one time were plentiful, are now increasingly rare and collectible. We source specialist props for films/photo shoots and interior designers. Many of our 'finds' are currently on display in a number of top New York restaurants and Hollywood apartments.

I was so excited to find these plates as they are in really Fun and Funky French 1970's Designs.
The Images are Bold and Striking and would be the perfect addition to your Retro, Modern Mid Century Barbecue Area.
They are all in great condition and carry the 'Berry Haute Porcelaine France' mark. Illustrated in classic 1970's Mid Century Modern designs they would make an excellent gift for anyone who loves to cook outdoors and wants to add some 'French chic' to their barbecue parties.
The set consists of six rectangular (decagon) shaped plates with six different 'skewer' designs measuring 26cms x 17cms (10¼" x 6½).
The Designs are:

Brochette de Poisson - Fish skewer
Brochette de Boeuf - Skewer of beef
Brochette de Merguez - Skewer made with Merguez (hot spicy lamb) sausage. Merguez is a red, spicy mutton or lamb based fresh sausage from North Africa that is very popular in France. The skewer usually has layers of the Merguez sausage alternating between tomato and onion.
