I am trained in traditional upholstery methods--that means handmade, one-at-a-time using hammers and tacks. And I have some extra pieces to sell!
A vintage sectional sofa in walnut, made to sit nicely around an end table. Three new fabrics add elegance and make cushions reversible for fun and flexibility. Silk blend fabrics are complemented by a coordinating gold fringe just like the gold jewelry of the time. Deep aquamarine on one side, teal, gold and aquamarine pattern on the other make these pieces reversible. Like all of our pieces, these sofa sectionals were reupholstered by hand in my Brooklyn studio, using traditional upholstery techniques and structural materials.
