$3200. Vibrant impressionist style serigraph of Abraham Lincoln. White Matt and brown wood frame. Signed "LeRoy Neiman 68” on lower right. Colors of blue, green, yellow, orange, peach, purple, black, gray, and brown. Perfect for your gallery wall. Good condition. Serigraph was taken out of the frame to find the issue number. It was discovered that the pencil signature and issue number had been almost all cropped off by the framer. See photos. It is a genuine serigraph by Leroy Neiman. Dealer 34.

*LeRoy Neiman (1921– 2012) was an American artist known for his brilliantly colored, expressionist paintings and screen prints of athletes, musicians, and sporting events.
Serigraphs, one of LeRoy’s most prolific medium, is like a silkscreen, which is created one color at a time and sometimes have up to 60 layers of color per print. The serigraphs are recognizable by the artist’s signature primary color palette and expressionist style. Neiman also used printing techniques like monoprinting, etching, lithography.
