Size: 33.5" long, 51"long and 28.5" tall. This piece have a little damage on the top. Barely noticeable. See picture. This Danish Shaker table was recovered from the psychiatric hospital Dianalund in Denmark. Built in 1928, it closed last year. But the deepest darkest secrets were found in the old locked up basement. Behind locked doors, in the cobwebs and darkness was the scariest thing you could ever see – discarded Danish design furniture. Kept out of the light for many years and abandoned because design change decades in the past. Great pieces from Poul Kjerholm, Wegner, Børge Mogensen, Kaare Klint, Mogens Kock and Arne Jacobsen were found. Boo! Or Boo hoo…More sad than scary. But there is a happy ending! About Lanoba: Started in 2016 by Lars, a Danish native now based in the U.S., Lanoba focuses on curating authentic pieces that have been crafted during the golden age of Mid-Century Modern Design between 1950-1975 in Denmark.
