For sale is a three-piece modular lounge sofa manufactured by Herman Miller. This seating was designed by acclaimed furniture designer Don Chadwick in 1975. This set is an attractive blue/teal color. It is in overall excellent condition. The fabric has no holes, tears, or stains. There are a few light scuffs on the corrugated black plastic bases; the worst of these is shown in the photos. None of them are immediately visible under normal use. As you can see, this three-piece set includes one of the harder-to-find "out-wedges" that makes the combined sections curve outward, rather than inward. Based on the original tags attached to the bases, I believe these lounge seats were manufactured in 1991, from the same design that debuted in 1975. The two rectangular elements are approximately 28 in. wide x 31 in. deep x 27 in. tall with 15.5 in. seat height. The wedge is 27 in. wide at the front and 16.5 inches wide at the back. Made of polyurethane foam, each section is easily moveable by a single person. It's a perfect, versatile seating solution for a smaller or hard-to-reach space.
