I agree with all the comments about terrible customer service. My order took a year to arrive, no explanation, no apology, multiple (like 20-30) calls to the company, never got the same person on the phone, never got called back. Worst buying experience ever. BUYER BEWARE UNICA HOME!
I wish I had read these reviews before ordering six Rosenthal Tac02 glasses as a wedding gift for a friend. Getting the glasses from Unica Home has been an experience in epically bad customer service - not rude, not criminal, just completely disorganized. Suffice it to say that I started this process in May and it's now October and I still don't have what I ordered. I'm pretty certain that if I didn't follow up with them, they never would have delivered anything to me.
