Got space? Here in the Bay Area, it's at a premium, so we doubt we're the only ones who get frustrated when we want to work on a DIY project but we don't have the room to do it.

Strangely enough, my "big Menlo Park apartment" doesn't come with a single welder or milling machine. Free laundry, yes. Powdercoating epipment, no.

Great idea. Um, but people who live in Menlo Park have big houses and apartments... and backyards. Your clientele lives about 40 minutes away... in SAN FRANCISCO. Duh!
