Green walnuts, sour grapes, plums, and much more were seen at the Alemany Farmer's Market last weekend. It's the peak of the season, and the stalls were just bulging with fresh produce of all kinds!

I'm thinking those "lufa" are for eating rather than sponging.---I've heard the ones that are for eating aren't really ripe enough to make sponges from, usually you'd get those at the end of the season. sally599 on Jul 10, 2008
