R&B's business model amazes me: well-designed furniture, lots of in-stock items, surprising custom capibility, fast service, smart associates, good value--and most incredibly. a bias for American produced furniture, even case goods!
Just this week I ordered their new Wells 101" studio sofa (special order, 4 weeks). I don't know where else I would have found what I needed, a massive, backless lounger, at a price I could afford. Can't wait! hans111 on Feb 29, 2008
