I had one GREAT experience with Rabbit (moving from Astoria to the East Village) and one sort of "meh" experience with them (from the East Village to Ft. Greene). The meh experience entailed them not wrapping my mirrors in any sort of protective anything (they were very good about wrapping everything else in plastic & blankets), and they got cracked during the move. One of the guys also dropped my TV, but luckily it was not damaged. They were very apologetic and nice about it, but I was just kind of weirded out that they didn't even bother to wrap something as fragile as a mirror! :\ I would use them again (because they are reasonable and pleasant), but I would probably supervise the operation a bit more to make sure the more breakable stuff is protected. krikri on Aug 22, 2008
