Pure-rest (ecobaby) is terrible. I ordered the pacific rim profile bed from them last week. They called me and told me it wasn't in, then charged my credit card for the full price plus $50. When I contacted them they told me the bed would arrive in 9 weeks, then contacted me again to tell me I had to pay $133 extra for shipping (not mentioned on their website) or cancel the order. This was after they charged my credit card. It was a horrible experience and I would avoid them at all costs. Tabby on May 2, 2008
