We've got one Micro Center in the Twin Cities, and it's okay. Honestly, I'd rather have a Fry's because they have a wider selection of the higher-quality (but more expensive) commercial-grade products, while Micro Center focuses on more consumer-level hardware. Considering this area is supposed to be one of the most tech-savvy spots in the country, it's pretty frustrating that we've only got Micro Center and a handful of small hole-in-the-wall shops where a person can go and build a computer. mulad on Jun 10, 2010
