Ordered chocolate from them for last year's winter holiday gifts and also had some shipping issues, but was on the main pleased with the product when it got to me a couple of days after it should have. The customer service people were nice and the problem wasn't horribly inconvenient for me. I can see how someone who was counting on getting the items in a timely fashion would have been upset though.
