nice stuff, but terrible customer service.
i mistakenly ordered the wrong merchandise from their website (clicked on window curtain when i meant to order a shower curtain). but robshaw refuses to accept a return. he will not refund my money or give me store credit. so, now i'm stuck with a window curtain that i have no use for; i'm out ninety dollars; and i still don't have a shower curtain. jay bean on Feb 28, 2011
Great! Someone else cutting up vintage tribal textiles to make wildly overpriced pillows! Although some of it, like the Vietnamese Hilltribe fabric is CHEAP and plentiful.
Although their line isn't as extensive, try www.Saffronmarigold.com which was written up in today's NY Times, for a similar look at MUCH better prices. Taureg on Jan 7, 2011
