We once inherited a fabulous deco-era chair from our mother, a sidewalk-sale savant. It was beautiful but had no cushions, thereby initiating our first foray into the world of upholstery. Upholstery being a particularly baffling landscape ("no, we only do car interiors"), we consider ourselves lucky to have found Great Jones Home early in our search for a selection of both classic and of-the-moment fabrics to do the chair justice.

I'll be over here, sucking on the coffee table, because it reminds me of ribbon candy:

Anyone have any leftovers from last holiday season? I am so wanting ribbon candy now.

Or can someone talk about that table? It's pretty darned neat looking. What is it made of?

I found the Frank Gehry Wiggle chair and stool:

But no table. #9 on May 20, 2008

I love this store, oy it's expensive though. Best upholstery selection in Seattle.

Please post photos of the chair you re-did. DahliaCactus on May 19, 2008
