Where can I get that made? It is easy to repair a hole in a coat or put in a cuff at your local dry cleaner/tailor, but did you know that many of these tailors are also excellent at larger more interesting jobs as well, such as sewing curtains, hemming raw fabric to make blankets and table cloths, and even making bags. One tailor who was recommended to us and who we have used is G & G who we like to call Gigi, as in "I am having my curtains made by Gigi." Run by Angela, they do beautiful sewing and are not expensive. They made our new Plasma Cozy (above/retail = $200) for a client out of linen and the bill came to $60 = $30 fabric + $30 sewing.
