House tour participant Christy tipped us off to fabricguru.com. The online store has a wide selection of discount upholstery fabrics sold in remnant bundles and by the yard. Prices range from as low as $1.95/yard to almost $30/yard. Brands include Waverly, Duralee, Ethan Allen, Henredon, Kaufmann, and Ralph Lauren.
