I just had Dow and Company paper an accent wall in my living room and wanted to say what a fantastic job they did. Dow is very friendly and easy to communicate with and got back to me right away with answers to any questions I had. We also used Dow and Company. I only wish we'd had as good an experience as others on this forum.
He and his crew were consistently late, which really held us up. Maybe we should have seen this coming considering Dow was late when keeping our appointment for the initial estimate. His prices seemed on the high side, but he was a good talker, very smooth, and had received glowing reviews on this forum.
The overall quality of the work was just okay. Didn't seem worth prices this high and the aggravation and inconvenience of me or my wife having to wait around for him or his team to arrive each and every day of the job. We have more paper to hang this spring, and plan to try someone else. brooklynman on May 26, 2008
