Run screaming! Late delivery dates (up to months!), hidden costs, unreturned phone calls, poor customer service. Beautiful product that can be purchased at Imperial Tile or Bourget Bros. in Santa Monica. Don't believe me? Ask the Better Business Bureau. papaeep on Oct 16, 2008
