Full post

It's been around for years and not everyone knows it. Now it has moved to a new location. Bridge Kitchenware is a mecca for cooks who want fine kitchenware sold by people "who really know the field."

Call Rudoph Stanish Directly! HE'S STILL LIVING AT 93 YRS. He is outside Pittsburgh, PA. Morning call before 9am Eastern time are preferred by him. (724) 722-3567 Sir Robin R. Hixson on Nov 19, 2006

Bridge:
I bought a Rudolph Stanish omelette pan at your store maybe 25 years ago and it has served me faithfully ever since. I have seasoned it periodically by scouring with Kosher salt and putting a light coating of cooking oil in the warmed pan.
Now, for some reason, every omelette sticks. I have used unsalted butter and lower heat to no avail.
HELP, what can I do?
