On Apartment Therapy
Politics is omnipresent in DC and seeps into everything, including decoupage. During a recent visit to Eastern Market, we enjoyed meeting regular vendor "Box Boy" and laughing over his quirky boxes and furniture. I love Box Boy boxes! I try to buy at least one a year at the Del Ray Street Art Festival in Alexandria City, VA. As for those who find them offensive - I'm guessing that they're offended not by the political-themed boxes, but by the hilarious gay-themed boxes he sells. Those offended need to lighten up.
