I was very impressed with the quality, the great prices, and the customer service was exceptional. I was at a similar knock-off store store in NYC last month and was really disappointed in the quality. Lots of visual blemishes (seams - pleating) and structural issues (tilted a swivel chair and the bearings popped out). Be careful. Chris on Apr 27, 2006
