American Frame is a great place to shop. When I was producing art full time I was able to frame a whole show For around five to six-hundred dollars. In the past they have had an affiliate program. They donated a percentage of your payment to an art group of your choice. About the acrylic - The big plus of framing with it is that it doesn't break, it will, however, scratch. If transporting framed pieces arrange them facing front to front and back to back and insert a piece of cloth between them. Cardboard will scratch the acrylic. To clean wipe with a lightly wetted soft cloth preferrably lint-free cotton. Do not use paper towels as these will scratch the surface. They sell a great anti-static spray for the acrylic too.
