On Apartment Therapy
Their store windows were the most fun you could have at lunchtime. Now that 33rd and Bird have moved upstate, you have to go a little further, but it's still worth it. There are few shops in the greater NYC area that know as much about birds as these folks do.

We have several out here in California, all of which have birds available for sale and adoption, and everything that every bird-parent should have, including boarding. My favorite place so far has been Omars out in the Los Angeles/Brea/Lake Forest since they do have most of the birds out on open perches.
Don't get me wrong though, the other 3 places I know of are still amazing- It's always like heading to "Disneyland" for me lol dunklekatze on Sep 3, 2008
