Piment D'Espelette from Market Hall Foods

Piment D'Espelette is the quintessential pepper of the Basque region, a red pepper dried and powdered. It's a cupboard staple in France and Spain, where you find it sprinkled on eggs and flavoring souffles. Its mild spiciness plays so well with olive oil and butter. But for some reason it isn't often found over here in the States.
