LC8 Swivel Stool by Cassina

Looking for a classic stool? It's hard to find one with more of a modernist pedigree than the LC8. Designed by Pierre Jeanneret and Charlotte Perriand of the Corbusier Group in 1928, this stool evolved from trying to create a seat out by "wrapping inner tubes from tires around a steel frame."
Tubular steel with a wide, leather cushion seat, it comes in a number of leathers via DWR, but it also comes in colored steel frame finishes that are very lovely via Cassina.
